All of our products are delivered across the United States by major logistics and transportation companies. We create bespoke packages of premium quality packing material for our orders because our products are of high quality and suitable for children. As a result, we place a strong emphasis on product packaging to ensure that the toys are delivered safely and without damage to the respective customer delivery address. AliExpress choose whether or not to charge delivery fees, as well as packaging fees, and we’ve worked with them to sell and deliver a beautiful assortment of children’s toys and other necessities. A few products are likely to be eligible for free delivery, while others may require purchasers to pay a little fee in order to receive the purchased product at their supplied address.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days from the date of order placement. While Monday to Friday, barring holidays, are our working days. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the following Monday or the following business day. Please keep in mind that these shipping times are estimates and should only be used as a guide. We make every attempt to deliver your product as promptly as possible, but we cannot promise that it will arrive within the specified time range.

KindergardenToys accepts no responsibility for any shipping delays caused by order placement and delays. If you no longer require your order due to late arrival or any other reason other than a faulty item, you will be responsible for the item’s return postage expenses, and no reimbursement for shipping fees will be issued.

The order progress page for your account will display any changes only once your order has been dispatched. You can also manually check the progress of your orders by entering the order number that was mailed to you on the partner websites.

All buyers are asked to provide a comprehensive and correct shipping address, including zip code, nearby location, and a mobile number, in order to receive the fastest and most convenient delivery express.
