With the goal of ensuring user satisfaction in mind, this return and refund policy in conjunction with the Terms of Use, outlines KindergardenToys’ procedures and policies for accepting Product returns after a Product has been delivered to a user following a purchase from the platform Users who return products are bound by and subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Return and Refund Policy.

All users are expected to read and accept the conditions of the KindergardenToys Return and Refund Policy, which was developed by the kids shopping portal KindergardenToys. If you disagree with the conditions of this Return and Refund Policy, you should not accept the Terms of Use and should exit and stop using the platforms on an immediate basis. By starting a request for the purchase of Product(s) on the platforms, you agree to be governed by the terms included in this Return and Refund Policy, which you accept without any alteration and arguments.

Terms of Return and Refund

Used Product

Once a product has been used, worn out, or torn/damaged, it will then not be liable to get returned. Please make sure the item is new and in its original packaging. You must return the product in its original condition, including all price tags, packaging, labels, and invoice.

Damaged Product

The outer package may appear to be damaged at times, but the actual product is usually should remain undamaged while placing a return request or also at the time of return pick up. We disclaim any responsibility for package damage. If the item arrives damaged, you are requested to immediately contact our customer service department in a written format on the email id as within 24 hours whenever you receive the product.

Inaccurate Product

Please be aware that if you give our Courier Service Partner an Incorrect or damaged Product(s), KindergartensToys will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of such Incorrect Product(s) while in transit or otherwise.

Product at a Discount

If any or all of the products that were part of an order placed with a coupon or offer are returned, the coupon code or offer will no longer be valid on the order. The coupon/offer advantage will also be excluded from the return. If the returned product(s) are part of any offer or gift program, all the products associated with the offer are only valid for return and refund during the offer or sale duration only. 

Order Cancellation

It is not possible to cancel an order that has already been dispatched.

Please go to your account page, then to your orders section, if an order has not yet been dispatched. To request cancellation of an order, go to the orders page and there you may proceed with the order cancellation process.

 In the event of a price change, there will be no return option.
